Layout of sister

Hello everyone !! Happy Thursday !!! Today I am sharing this layout I made of when my sister was pregnant with my beautiful four year old niece (I am really Scrapbooking all over the place ) ! I saw this navy and pink color combo ( one of my favorites) and I had to use it !! I tried to keep this one a little more simple , my version of simple , I still ended up cutting one of the 12x12 patterned papers at an angle and matting them and obviously didn't keep it as simple as I thought !!

I used my Silhouette with svg files for baby girl from Miss Kate Cuttables . I used some pink tulle behind the bow made from another svg file as well as the swirls . I inked some of the edges with tim holtz distress ink in spun sugar, and studio g navy .

Happy Thursday everyone !!! Today I actually had planned to share another project that I was working on , but during the middle of the day I was pleasantly surprised with a package ( more on this later ) it ties in with more exciting news !!! So , I decided I would share this diaper cake ,yes another one , lots of girls being born in our family . I made it for my husbands aunts first granddaughter ! I also made the matching banner . Hello everyone !!! Happy Thursday !!! This week is flying by !!! Today I wanted to share with you this diaper bag I made for Craftin Desert Divas Linky Party , it's Baby themed ( if you didn't guess ) :)! I was inspired by the colors my sister used for our nieces diaper cake ,as well as the color combo for cupcake inspirations! I loved the blue and pink combination ! Any chance I get to make girly themed projects I take them and run ! As you know I have three boys , so my pink addiction only comes out through my beautiful nieces ! The file for the diaper bag is from the silhouette store it was designed by Megan Hardy ! I loved it from the moment I saw it , it can be used to hold a gift card, or real baby items as a gift, or a centerpiece for a baby shower ! The bottles ,baby food , pacifiers, rattle and baby pins are from the Cricut Baby Steps cartridge as well as the word Baby ! Hope you enjoy and feel inspired to create ! Have a wonderful day !
