Easter and Frame Challenge ....

Happy Monday everyone !!! 

Today we are in the second week of our linky party at Craftin' Desert Divas ,

 and it is the start of a new challenge at BBTB2. 

It is my turn to choose the theme for BBTB2 ,

 and I chose the theme "FRAME IT " use any Cricut frame(s) 

on your project and make sure to share it with us !!! 

The theme of the linky party for Craftin' Desert Divas is Easter .

 I decided to create a card and combine both of the themes . I used the Cricut Fancy Frames and Elegant Edges cartridges to create the frames for my Easter card . I then stamped the images from the Craftin' Desert Divas Deer Friends and Hunny Bunny onto vellum and heat embossed with gold embossing powder . I then colored them using Copic markers. 

I am on a gold spree at the moment ,

 as I am sure you can tell by the last couple of cards I have created . 

I loved it with the colors from this paper by Dear Lizzy.

Today we start a new challenge at

BBTB2 .

The theme this week is Cricut Letters or phrase .

Since tomorrow is my sister Angies birthday , 

I thought it would be perfect to create a card with

a birthday sentiment . I use the Fancy Frames

and Create A Critter 2  cartridges for my sentiment . 

Here is a close up of the phrase " Happy Birthday " welded to the frame . I added pink and gold embossing , to add a little more texture.

It is great for a gift card and a handwritten sentiment .

My Vinyl Project !

Hello everyone !! I am back with my second post for today ! The earlier one is for a fun blog hop I was invited to participate in , there's some wonderful prizes if you would like to participate !

I am sharing the second version of my 3d pumpkin easel card I made earlier . I decided to make two versions because one is for those of us who have a cricut , and the second one is the silhouette version . I had lots of fun making these especially playing with some amazing sparkle n sprinkle glitter and embossing powders ! This company is amazing !!! You definitely need to check them out ( I have some exciting news concerning Sparkle n Sprinkle ) make sure to check back by my blog so you don't miss it !!

Now this post is going to have three projects being shown that means lots of pictures ! Lol ! Hope you enjoy !!

I made the silhouette version, (first two pictures ) from an scallop circle easel card I received from My Scrap Chick !!!  They have some wonderful designs and they are having a design team call at the moment !! I chose to use the scalloped circles to make my 3D pumpkins , I added some embossing and glitter to make them sparkly !!

For my Cricut version I made it  a little different , I made these pumpkins from actual pumpkins on my cricut create a critter 2 and paper dolls everyday !  I also added a fence from ribbons and rosettes and my tree is made from scalloped circles from the cricut craft room, the owl is from create a critter !

My last and fun but a little hard project are the vinyl wall frames I made for my scrapbook room .

I made these from fancy frames cartridge, and the words are from wall décor and more as well as home décor .  It was my first time working with vinyl , and I am hooked !! Thank you fantabulous Cricut for challenging us to work with it this week !!

Finished music to my soul frame

Happy Friday everyone ! Wow this week sure did fly !! Today I am sharing this frame I made from my fancy frames cartridge . I incorporated the music notes because Fantabulous Cricut is doing a music themed challenge. I was inspired by this silver frame I have on my desk, I love swirls ! So I decided to make one that matches our bedroom colors which are Black and Tan ! This is one of my favorite pictures of my husband and I ! We are at our one of our favorite places (Disneyland) during our favorite time(Christmas ) every time I look at this picture it brings a smile to my face ! Hello everyone hope everyone's having a wonderful Wednesday !!!! I am sharing this Christmas Card today I created last night for a couple of challenges I have always wanted to hand make my Christmas cards now here is my first idea! I used the Cricut of course lol and the Christmas die cuts with a view paper stack !! I also used the Inkadinkado Christmas stamp set to stamp the Merry Christmas on the front !  Also I used my stickles !! Thanks for stopping by !! Finished 4th of July card !!!

I am so happy I was able to finish the card and watch a movie with my hubby and kids that's a great way to start a Monday in my opinion !!! I used my Cricut for this card and I am going to participate  in a couple of challenges that will be listed below if you would like to check them out also !! Cartridges I used were cricut craft room basics , Everyday paper dolls for the shooting stars that
are supposed to be fireworks lol, Independance Day ,Home decor, Fancy Frames,Celebrations, and gypsy wanderings ! I am also linking this card to pinkcricut for the link it up party ! Thank you for taking the time to look at me projects !

4th of July card

Hope you had a great weekend!!! Mine was super busy last minute baby shower a surprise family day which is always super fun spent the whole day swimming ! Needless to say I didn't get a chance to go in my scraproom and boy was I missing it lol !!! But first thing today I came in and started working on a red white and blue theme card there are a couple of challenges I would like to enter for fun so this is my work in progress hopefully I get it finished tonight !!!
