CDD Hop Freebie cards....

Happy Wednesday everyone !!! 

I am stopping by to share these two fun cards I made , using last weeks 

Craftin' Desert Divas February Release freebies . I hope you were able to join us , because these SVG's by Too Cute By Jessica are adorable !!!! 

The first one I made is this sweet little giraffe card . I loved the Longing For You sentiment . I printed the sentiment on a circle that would be on the inside of the card using my Silhouette . I stamped the sentiment Miss You from the Craftin' Desert Divas Simply Said stamp set on the front . 

The second card I made was lots of fun !!! 

I love watercolor , and have loved it for a while . I had no idea how beautiful it can look on cards. 

For this card I knew I wanted to do a simple water color background . I then wanted to cut out my adorable fox , but I could not find the color for the fur that I wanted. LIGHT BULB...... why not water color the die cut pieces of the fox ~ making them the color I was looking for !!!!!! 

So that is what I did , I water colored the SVG little fox from the

Craftin' Desert Divas Use A Ribbon ....

Happy Monday everyone !!!!

I am so happy that you were able to join us for the fantastic release week we just had at Craftin' Desert Divas ! 

Did you fall in love with the adorable new stamp sets ? I know I did for sure !!! I was a bit scared for a while to color images!! I was fortunate enough to be on the Cupcake Inspirations design team a while ago , I realize now I did not give those adorable images proper justice . I can not believe how much I have fallen in love with coloring images !! If you ordered some of the sets I look forward to seeing what you create !!!  

I would also like to take a moment and give a huge WELCOME to all of you new wonderful followers !!! I truly appreciate each and every one of you !!! I hope to inspire and spark a bit of creativity in everyone !!! I would also like to send a HUGE hug to everyone that has been a loyal follower ~ I will be making sure I follow each of you as well !!! I did hit a huge milestone for me 200 followers WOO~ HOO ! I think a giveaway is in my future !!! I will think of all of the details and make sure to share them here and on Instagram !!! 

Now onto the details of the second week of the Linky Party going on now at Craftin' Desert Divas .

Our theme is  Ribbon 

We would love to see any crafty project as long as it has some type of ribbon on it!!

I used the farm treat box from the Silhouette store as my starting point , to create my project . 

I knew I would be using one of the images from the 

Punny Farm stamp set .

 I used the matching SVGs for each and cut out the horse, chicken, sheep, and duck . I colored them in with a combination of Copics, Spectrum Noir, and Prisma markers . 

I chose to use the adorable little sheep , since the sentiment would be perfect to go with the treat box. 

My bow is from wire edged burlap.

Fun color combo cards .....

As you know we are doing our sneak peek for

 February's

 Craftin' Desert Divas Stamp release.

 There are some super cute SVG 
files being given away each day !!!

I am actually sharing these cards I made , 

after being instantly inspired by the photo below :

It is from the blog Stampin' Royalty . In the middle of what I was working on , I had to stop and work with these colors . I loved the flowers and the tones .

I also had just received my happy mail from 

Simon Says Stamp !!! Yay !!!  

I purchased the wafer thin die "wishing" .

 I couldn't wait to use this either (as you can see) !!! 

So , between the die and the colors I was ready to go !!!! 

I knew I would be using the flowers from the photo on one of my cards ~ for a 3D effect .

The second one would be flat version . 

I used my Heidi Swapp diecut " happy" for this one.

I stamped the splotches of ink from Hero Arts 

using inks with the same color scheme I was going for.

I used silver embossing powder to heat emboss the sentiments from

 Craftin' Desert Divas Simply Said stamp set .
