Hello everyone! I am back once again today to share these super fun cards I created for the
Hello Bluebird July 2018 Release. If you would like to see my first post of the day please

For my first card, I used the brand new Bee Happy stamp set and the Gallery Frame Dies #2.
This set also has the coordinating dies available here.
This is one of the cutest sets of bees I have seen!!!

This is one of the cutest sets of bees I have seen!!!
It is beyond adorable!!!
I decided to go for some no line Copic coloring for this card.
I also used the
I began by coloring all the yellow areas with Y38, 35, 19, 15, 11, and Y00.
For the greens, I used Yg67, 17, 25, and 03.
For the reds, I used my fave combo, R46, 29, 24, 17, 05 and R00 with a bit of YG0000.
This was such a fun card to create!! Lol, sorry for the different lighting in my photo from above to the next one. I wanted to compare the difference in my natural lighting from morning to evening.
The top photo was taken bright and early in the morning, the bottom photo was taken after 6 p.m.!!
For my next card, I used the Moose and Friends stamp set.
The coordinating dies for this set can be found here.
These next photos I took in the morning also, lol
I know how important the proper lighting is.
I will be taking photos at different times of the day to see which natural light
timing works best for my area.
I love to create scenes for my cards, the Hello Bluebird sets make this easy and fun!
I colored all of my images using Copic markers.
I used the same color combo for my green areas as I did for the leaves on the first card.
For the blue areas, I used B28, 24, 21 and 000.
Can you tell I am in LOVE with this release!!!
Lol, I truly adore these sets!!
I hope you are inspired to create!!
Thank you very much for taking the time to stop by!!
Wishing you a wonderful and Blessed day!!

These images sure seem to fit your style, Mayra! So cute and fun and colorful. As I've said, you have such a talent for coloring and using great combos, which is on full display in these two cards. Like the comment before mine, you bring the images to life! Wonderful work and wonderful cards! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Mayra! I am such a fan of your cards. I absolutely love both the cards. The no line coloring is so so pretty and the scene you built in your second card is very very cute. I love the ombre balloons. Thank you so much for joining us on Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. xx Ankita
