Color Throwdown and CAS(E) this Sketch !!!

Happy Thursday everyone !!!

I am back today to share this card I created for day 9 of the 30 Day Coloring Challenge !!!!

Woo ~ Hoo I am so proud to be able to set time aside and color !!! It is really fun and relaxing !!! I made a couple of mistakes , but I just went with it !!!

For today's card I was inspired by the color challenge from Color Throwdown and the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch . I also have had these Hero Arts stamps for a while and just hadn't used them yet .... the moment I saw the beautiful sketch ,

I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to use these stamps !!!!

Inspiring photos aren't they ? Well, I sure was happy to be inspired !!! Here is the card I created ~

The purples look a bit deeper after I edited the photos .

I used my distress colors for these and some water colors as well .

Red white and Pink at Craftin' Desert Divas and Use a Charm at BBTB2 !!!!

Happy Monday !!!

Today is the start of a new challenge at

BBTB2

and we are in the second week of our challenge at

Craftin' Desert Divas .

At Craftin' Desert Divas the theme is to use Red, White and Pink for your projects !!!

This is perfect , since Valentine's Day is this weekend !!! We look forward to seeing what you create !

I made this card and lollipop holder combo .

Yes, another shaker set ....hey I warned you I was hooked !!!

BBTB2 .

The theme is " Use A Charm " .

I wasn't sure what I would be creating ~ I typed in charm on the search feature from the Cricut Craft Room and the fist charm that came up was this circle charm from George and Basic Shapes . I decided to use this as my starting point . I then decided I would make into a framed charm with the sentiment Love You in the center . Ta-Da here is the finished card :

I added a second circle to the inside of the charm to create the frame . It is not welded .

The Love You phrase is from the Baby Steps cartridge .

I added the sentiment to the center and welded it to the inside circle .

I stamped the XOXO from

the Craftin' Desert Divas Simply Said stamp set

using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink .

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge # 253

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge # 246 and PIO # 05
