New Sequin Mixes at CDD shop ....Hooray !

Happy Thursday !!!

I know I am super late with my post today .

I was inspired by the new sequin mixes

Tara now has available at  :

Craftin' Desert Divas Shop

Aren't they wonderful ?!

This was the set I chose to create with today :) .

It is available for purchase here

Of course ( you know me and shaker card addiction)

I chose to make a shaker card to show off this fantastic mix .

I used my Silhouette to create the layers for my card .

I then layered them using the colors from the sequins ;

purple, orange, green.

I found the perfect polka dot pattern paper from

Doodlebug to use as the background of my shaker.

Lastly , I stamped the sentiment and colored in the

bits of stars , confetti and cupcake with my Copics .

I hope you are inspired by this fun shaker card .

Tomorrow begins our Sneak Peeks for this months release

(lots of cuteness coming your way) .

Thank you so much for stopping by !

Wishing you a wonderful

and

 Blessed Day !!

Father's Day Linky Party .....

Hi everyone !

It is the start of a new

Linky Party at
Craftin' Desert Divas .

The theme is

Father's Day !

I think it is perfect since
it is right around the corner !

I created this card by using

 Tim Holtz Distress Inks

to create my water colored backgrounds .

The image of the bear is from the

Deer Friends stamp set.

I picked the adorable bear image

because my husband is a

Chicago Bears fan .

As you can imagine he loves anything with bears .

I am still doing a lot of practicing with my water coloring .

I won't mention how much water color paper I have wasted .

But , I believe practice makes better...  in my case ,lol !

I hope you will join us and share your Father's Day projects .

We love seeing what you create !

This party sponsors are...

Hi everyone !!!

Happy Thursday !!!!

I wanted to stop by and share this sweet little card I created using the freebie that came in the newsletter from 2 Cute Ink . Isn't this owl adorable !!!!!!

They have a Baby themed challenge going on right now.

 I knew I would use this cute little image for a "It's A Girl " card .

The background of my card has the round diamonds from

The Tons Round Diamonds stamp set ( really love this set ) .

The "congratulations" sentiment is from the same set .

The little flap opens to reveal the

"It's A Girl "

from  Craftin' Desert Divas

Today we are showcasing Just Bugcause ( I love the name )

Here's my projects I've created for you...

I am loving to create a set of cards with the same color theme ( actually patterned papers) . I am someone that usually never had a card when I needed one ( crazy ,huh) . As you can see by my last couple of posts , I am really loving creating more than one , when I can.

This is the first one I created , inspired by the butterfly and the sentiment .

I used the small stitched banner die as well to create each of these cards . I decided to make the main butterfly colorful , and the two for the next two cards monochromatic . I then of course made them onto shaker cards using some clear and white sequins and of course some of the adorable new 3mm True Love sequins available at Craftin' Desert Divas !!!!

Be sure to join us tomorrow for another great new stamp set.

Here's today's free pattern:
