You ARRR Amazing .........

Hello and Happy Tuesday everyone!
I hope you are having a wonderful week so far.
I am stopping by today to share this set of
cards I created.

I began with creating my background for the mermaid card first.
I used alcohol inks to create the "ocean" background.
I used Yupo paper and the colors of the alcohol inks
were Patina, Pool, and Stream.

I tried some no line coloring, using my Copic markers.
I still need practice but I enjoyed it. For my mermaids tail
I used BG09, 49, 78,75,72 and BG70. For the mermaids
top, I used R22, 21, 20 and R00.

For my pirate card, I used the same BG Copic colors.
For the green areas, I used YG17, 13, and G20.

I hope you enjoy these fun cards!
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by!
Wishing you a wonderful and Blessed day!

YAY.... I'm Back~ Woo-Hoo!!

Hello everyone!!
I am SUPER excited to be back today with another post!!
Today is release day at Sweet Stamp Shop!!
YAY !!! The bundles are available today and you can find them here.

For the first set of cards, I used the adorable raccoon
(that is a freebie as part of today's bundle). Along with the bear
that is a freebie for January's bundle( that one is available here ).
I added flowers to the bottom of my Miss You card from
the Wear A Crown stamp set.
I love this set so much I also used it my planner spread.
The sentiment is from the To Do Doodles stamp set.

These images are super fun and quick to color!!!
I used Copic markers for the cards and brush markers for the planner spread.
I switch out between the Tombow brand to Zig.
For this spread, I used the Brea Reese water-based markers in the colors Cadmium Red
and Pink.

For the next card, I used another set that is part of this months bundle.

I hope you enjoy these fun cards I created to share with you!!

I also have another watercolor card I created using another Hero Arts stamp set.

For this card, I used Winsor&Newton watercolor markers.
I used the colors Pale Rose, Magenta, and Mauve.
For the greens, I used Sap Green, Hooker's Green, and a bit of Yellow Ochre.

Thank you so very much for stopping by!!
I pray you each have a wonderful and Blessed day!!

Happy Valentine's Day .....

Hello everyone!!
Happy Valentine's Day!!
I wanted to stop by and share the Valentine's
my son and I created (he is in kindergarten) for
his class.

I hope you are all doing awesome!
I have been crafting... just at a much slower pace.
I have been doing a bit of everything,
I will be sharing photos with you as soon as I take them <3.
I am enjoying creating with different stamps and using different
coloring mediums. I am also LOVING creating in my travel journal.
It is something I had been wanting to do for awhile.

I do have lots of photos to share with you today.
I have been participating in the wonderful 30 Day Coloring Challenge.
I did not post every day, I accumulated them to share altogether.

To begin with here are the Valentines for my son Anthony's class.
I used my Silhouette to cut the treat bags and create the design
for the front of them.

For the second project, I am sharing with you
I colored this pirate and mermaid from My Favorite Things.

For the next card, I came across these interesting inks from
Brea Reese.
They are glitter inks. I love the Raw Umber color and that is what I used for the flowers.
For the blue areas, I used the
Ultramarine Blue.
The sparkle in these is super pretty.

I hope you enjoy these projects I created to share with you today!
Thank you so very much for taking the time to stop by!
Wishing you a wonderful and Blessed day!

You're So Sweet With Lawn Fawn .......

Hi everyone!!
Happy Wednesday!
I am back today to share the images
I colored for Day 3 of the coloring challenge.

It took me a bit to decide what I would be coloring today ...
I can't tell you how long that part took me.
I need to plan ahead if I want to get my photos taken with
the correct light, lol!

I went with the super adorable Sweet Smiles stamp set
from Lawn Fawn (I don't think I've used this before).

I was inspired by the colors of the Doodlebug Sweet Things paper pad.

I used Copics to color my images in.
For the red areas, I used R89, R46, R27, R17, and R05 with a bit of R02.

For my pinks, I used RV19, RV55, RV63, and RV00.
For the mint areas, I used BG34, BG11, and BG0000.

I then created a card and turned the little gumball machines into
shaker tags.

I hope you enjoy my projects for today, thank you so much for stopping by.
Wishing you a wonderful and Blessed day!
GOD bless you.

Super Happy to Be Back....

Hello everyone!!!!
I have missed you all so much!
It feels amazing to be back in my craft room
creating! I hope your New Year is off to an amazing
start!!! I took a bit of a step back temporarily, and as sad
and hard as it was for me to come to that decision I came to realize that I was not balancing
my time out fairly. Most of my day was spent in my craft room aside from
cooking and taking my boys to and from school. I still love crafting and I truly
understand how fast time flies when you are doing something you love. But...I was not
doing a great job of family time. I am super happy to still
have the love to create and I will be, but I will also be conscious of the time I am spending
doing it. I hope you understand my absence and I look forward to sharing more
creations with you.

I am joining the 30 Day Coloring Challenge
hosted by the wonderful Kathy from The Daily Marker.
I used the Mama Elephant Lunar Animals stamp set
for my coloring.

I began by coloring the little monkey images which I had stamped
all over to create my background. I used my Copic markers. I started
with the E47, E57, E55, and E31. For the lighter areas, I used E21, E51,
and E50.

For the bananas, I used Y38, Y35, and Y15.

I then decided to create cards with them.
I was going for a non-traditional Valentine theme.
The monkeys and the bananas go perfectly together!

I can not thank you enough for taking the time to stop by and visit me!!
I pray you each have a wonderful and Blessed day!!!

It's Your Birthday, Go Nuts ..........

Hello everyone! I am so happy to be guest designing once again
for the MFT blog.
It has been a blast creating with the super cute December 2017
MFT release.

I created this CAS card using the new Friendly Forest stamp set.

I die cut blue, orange, and white card bases using the Die-namics

I then stamped my images onto the bases using Versamark ink.
Then I heat embossed the images.

These were super fast, easy and fun to create. I hope you have enjoyed
the cards I created as a guest designer. Big thank you to each of you and
to MFT for inviting me!

Wishing you a wonderful and Blessed day.
